Please use the form below to request an invitation sample.  Individual
invitation samples are $2.50, wedding sets are $5.00.  Shipping is included in
the price.  Envelopes will not be included with the sample.  An invoice will be
sent to you confirming your order and payment options.  Should you decide to
place an order for invitations at a later date, your sample fee for that design
will be credited to you.
